The challenge: selling a villa before the renovation is finished
Seraco S.r.l. is renovating a single-family villa in Forte dei Marmi, about 1 km from the sea, with a 500 m² private garden and interiors on two floors. Buyers needed to see the finished home while the works were still to be completed.
What we built: the finished villa in real-time 3D
Wide VR created a photorealistic 3D tour of the villa as it will be after the renovation: modern architecture, large windows open to the garden, refined interiors and furniture. Buyers move freely through the rooms directly in the browser, with no downloads.
